Abstract

This essay deals with the actual issues concerning the public development aid. The world-wide situation makes the public development aid essential for several countries.That is why developed countries and states who receive this public aid have to work together to improve this aid and the way it is given. This essay outlines its main goals, and the way they changed during the last years. Recently the developed countries and the special international organizations, who give public development aid changed their way to share it out. Recent papers ouline the need to focus on the special situations of poor countries and their features, like a limited absorption capacity of aid, to allow an allotment of aid as efficient as possible.
